Free Detox Diet Plan


Many people have asked us for a free detox diet plan, and we have researched the available plans and put together one here. There is no need to spend a fortune on a detox diet plan. There is a very simple, easy to follow plan you can do on your own.

A free detox diet plan is necessary because there are so many toxins in the food and water you consume. These toxins can build up in your body, causing numerous health problems. They can contribute to digestive problems, fatigue, depression, and kidney and liver problems, among others. They cause liver problems because the liver is the organ that filters toxins out of our blood, and it can become overburdened with so many toxins.

Stress also causes toxins to build up in your system. When you experience stress, your body produces adrenaline and other chemicals to prepare you for "fight or flight." Over time, when stress becomes chronic, those chemicals build up and can become toxic. They can also interfere with the liver's ability to filter toxins.


We can't prevent all toxins from entering our bodies. However, we do have some control over what we take in.

Don't smoke and don't drink alcohol. Limit your intake of caffeine, sugar, and processed foods. Choose organic fruits and vegetables when you can, and eat lots of them. Choose whole grains, and eat lots of those too.

Also, manage your stress. As mentioned earlier, stress causes toxins to build up in your system. Yoga or meditation is particularly helpful.


Here is a free detox diet plan that we have put together. Try following this diet for one week. You can do it for one week of each month for as many months as you feel is necessary. Be sure to check with your doctor before beginning a detox diet, especially if you have any health problems or are on any medications.

Some people like to "jump start" their detox diet by fasting for a day or two. Some people drink nothing but water, while others also drink herbal teas or organic fruit and vegetable juices. Make sure you consult your doctor before you fast.

It can also be beneficial to add an herbal supplement to your free detox diet plan. Good supplements to consider include dandelion, burdock, milk thistle, and fennel. These herbs help eliminate toxins from the body and support optimal liver functioning.
